upanTNT Express was a global courier delivery company based in the Netherlands. It was founded in 1946 as Thomas Nationwide Transport in Adelaide, Australia, and later separated from its parent company, TNT NV (now known as PostNL), in 2011. In 2015, FedEx announced its intention to acquire TNT Express for €4.4 billion, and the acquisition was completed in May 2016. In 2017, TNT Express was impacted by the NotPetya cyber attack, which caused significant disruptions to its operations. As of December 2021, TNT Express is fully integrated into FedEx.
