upanCIDB stands for the Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia. It was established through the Construction Industry Development Board Act 1994 (Act 520) in order to build the capacity and capability of the construction industry through the improvement of quality and productivity, with a focus on professionalism, innovation, and knowledge towards a higher quality of life.
