If you’re a Touch ‘n Go eWallet user in Malaysia, you’ve probably added your credit or debit card to your eWallet for added convenience and security.
However, if you find yourself needing to remove your card for any reason, whether it’s switching to a different card, concerns about unauthorized transactions, or just decluttering your eWallet, the process is straightforward and can be completed in under a minute by following these four simple steps:
Step 1: Access the Toll Icon
- Open your Touch ‘n Go eWallet app.
- Tap the Toll icon located at the bottom of your screen. This will display all the Touch ‘n Go cards linked to your eWallet.
Step 2: Choose the Card to Remove
- Simply tap on the card that you want to remove from your eWallet.
- This action will open a new screen with additional details about the card, including the balance, expiry date, and PayDirect status.
Step 3: Access the Three-Dot Menu
- In the top right corner of the screen, locate and tap the three-dot menu icon.
- A menu will appear, presenting three options: Edit Name, PayDirect, and Remove Card.
Step 4: Remove the Card and Confirm
- Tap on the “Remove Card” option.
- A pop-up message will appear, asking you to confirm your action.
- To proceed, tap “Remove,” and your selected card will be successfully removed from your eWallet.
That’s it! You’ve now successfully removed your credit or debit card from your Touch ‘n Go eWallet. You can repeat these steps for any other cards you wish to remove.
