There are two ways to search for product protection services on Shopee:
Method 1
When checking out for eligible products, the service will be automatically offered as an option. To add it to your order, make sure to tick the checkbox.
Method 2
On the Shopee app, go to Prepaid, Bills & Tickets > Product Protection. Select the desired protection service and tap “Purchase Now” to see eligible products. To learn more about the service, click “Learn More.”
