If your card’s delivery status is marked as “Delivered” in your app, but you haven’t received your physical card, follow these steps:
- Confirm that your shipping address is correct by going to Settings > Profile > Personal Details.
- Check your mailbox for the card.

If, after these checks, you still haven’t received your renewal card, you can contact BigPay via the in-app chat. They will assist you in processing a card replacement. You can also renew your expired BigPay card by replacing your virtual card. The virtual card is primarily used for online transactions. However, you can only replace your virtual card once a month. Here’s how to do it:

- Find your virtual card, which is a white card, and click on it.
- Select “Freeze card.”
- Click “Delete.”
- Tap the “+” button to add a new virtual card.

Upon reporting your card as lost or stolen, you’ll instantly receive a virtual card (white card) that you can use for online transactions. Your physical card (blue card) should arrive at your designated shipping address within 5-7 working days.
Please be aware that there is a RM10 fee for replacing a lost or stolen card.
