Are you looking for a convenient and hassle-free way to pay your TNB electric bills online? If you are a BSN customer, you can use the myBSN internet banking service to settle your bills anytime and anywhere. Here’s how to do it in 5 easy steps.
Step 1: Log in to your myBSN account
To use the myBSN internet banking service, you need to have a BSN account with a BSN ATM/Debit/Credit Card and register for myBSN. If you have not registered yet, you can follow the instructions here. Once you have registered, you can log in to your myBSN account using your User ID and Password.
Step 2: Select Bill Payment
After logging in, you will see the main menu with various options. Click on the Bill Payment option to proceed.
Step 3: Select TNB as the biller
You will see a list of billers that you can pay using myBSN. You can search for TNB by typing in the keyword or scrolling down the list. Once you find TNB, click on the Pay button next to it.
Step 4: Enter your bill details
You will need to enter your bill details such as your TNB account number, bill amount, payment date and payment method. You can also save TNB as a favourite biller for future payments. After entering all the required information, click on the Next button to confirm.
Step 5: Complete your payment
You will see a summary of your payment details. Check if everything is correct and click on the Request TAC button to get a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on the Confirm button to complete your payment. You will see a payment receipt with a reference number that you can print or save for your records.
