If you’re looking for a convenient way to pay for your online shopping, bills, or top-up your mobile prepaid credits, you might want to try Boost, Malaysia’s preferred eWallet app. Boost is an all-in-one superapp that lets you go cashless with its eWallet solutions. You can scan and pay at over 500,000 merchant touch points nationwide, enjoy bite-sized insurance plans, redeem amazing rewards, and more.
But before you can enjoy all these benefits, you need to add money to your Boost wallet. And one of the easiest ways to do that is by adding your debit or credit card to the app. Here’s how:
Step 1: Download the Boost app
You can download the Boost app for free from the App Store, Google Play, or App Gallery. Just search for “Boost eWallet” and install it on your device.
Step 2: Register or log in to your account
If you’re new to Boost, you need to register for an account using your mobile number. You’ll receive a verification code via SMS to activate your account. If you already have an account, just log in with your mobile number and PIN.
Step 3: Go to the Wallet tab
Once you’re logged in, tap on the Wallet tab at the bottom of the screen. You’ll see your current wallet balance and the options to top up or withdraw money.
Step 4: Tap on Add Card
To add your debit or credit card, tap on the Add Card button at the top right corner of the screen. You’ll be prompted to enter your card details, such as card number, expiry date, and CVV. You can also give your card a nickname for easy identification.
Step 5: Verify your card
After entering your card details, you need to verify your card by entering a one-time password (OTP) that will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address. Once you enter the OTP, your card will be added to your Boost wallet.
That’s it! You’ve successfully added your debit or credit card to Boost app in Malaysia. Now you can use it to top up your wallet anytime, anywhere. You can also use it to pay for your online purchases or bills directly from the app.
