Celcom is a telecommunications company in Malaysia that offers mobile phone services using various technologies, including GSM, HSPA+, and FDD-LTE. It is the oldest mobile provider in the country and a member of the Axiata group of companies.

Celcom uses the prefixes “013” and “019” for its phone numbers and also offers virtual mobile operator services through mobile number portability. In addition to its urban services, Celcom also provides rural communication using CDMA technology and satellite phones.

  5. Line paling bangang sekali pernah aku pakai. Ada ke patut customer service sampai pukul 12 a.m. Celcom life dengan sms tak sama tarikh luput. Lepastu cari la cara, layan je la robot bodoh korang lepastu call la 1111 punya la lama tunggu – tunggu last2 ayat yang sama dari pukul 7 am sampai pukul 12 am. Tau tak yang aku dah rugi teruk.

  7. Langgan internet rm40 baru 2minggu pakai dah hantar msj kata “reached the qouta stated in the (FUP)”. Tak specific ikut the rules pun . Kata unlimited tapi tetap ada kouta . Up to date dah up to date dah tapi macam ni jadi . Bukan sekali ye kena banyak kali dah tapi tetap setia dengan celcom . Menyirap macamni😪

  8. saya purchase unlimited data dan saya ada terima data fully used. Hal ini telah membuat line saya menjadi slow seakan data basic sahaja. Sebelum ni saya guna yg RM38 unlimited plan pun tak pernah jadi macam ni. Kenapa ya? Dah lama saya guna plan celcom dan bulan ni makin slow2 sangat. Sebelum ni tiada kejadian begini.

  9. I am writing to request clarification regarding my recent bill for the month of October 2023. I have identified two specific charges that require your attention:

    1. On October 27, 2023, a surcharge of RM39 was applied to my bill due to data usage in China without a roaming pass. However, I distinctly recall that I was unable to access the internet on that day. Celcom charged me for the data usage, but I had no network connection. I am seeking clarification from Celcom to verify my internet usage with Celcom on that particular day. I remember having asked a friend to share their data with me because I had activated roaming but could not use it.
    2. On October 24, 2023, a surcharge of RM12 was imposed on my bill due to receiving calls while abroad. I want to clarify that I did not answer any calls, and I had previously contacted Celcom to cancel voice calls and messages. However, I am puzzled as to why Celcom still charged me RM6 twice for this.

    I kindly request a prompt refund of the surcharges in question.

    I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter by calling Celcom more than 10 times and speaking to the customer service department on over five occasions. Unfortunately, the phone line was repeatedly disconnected during these conversations, and no one in authority has reached out to me to continue discussing this issue. I am concerned that this may be intentional and that Celcom is avoiding addressing the problem directly.

    I kindly request a thorough clarification of these billing discrepancies at your earliest convenience.

    h sy no 4,persiaran kiri 1,dato keramat kl.amat mengewakan .panggilan masuk n keluar yg terlalu sukar.sy sekuarga seramai 6 org adalah pengguna line celcom..tp mmg x memuaskan hati.mohon pihak celcom buat tindakan atas kesulitan ini.

  11. Saya topup rm 50..baki ade 1.70…so mesej sampai 51.70…ttbe mesej sampai lagi tinggal 3.70..sedangkan belom beli internet lagi..macam mana hal ni berlaku…tiba2 tggl 3.70…selama ni celcom ok je..x pernah kena mcm ni….tolong jawap

Celcom punya servis lembab. haritu dapat tawaran katanya pakai postpaid diberi 6 bulan offer then kata boleh tukar ke prepaid , sekarang ni bila nak tukar diorang kata tak boleh tukar , katanya takde servis untuk tukar postpaid ke prepaid , haritu promote bukan main kata boleh tukar , sekarang tak boleh , takde solution langsung , merugikan dan menghabiskan duit saya . dulu suka pakai celcom sebab laju dan murah , sekarang saya tak suka celcom sebab servis lembab , buat tawaran tapi takde solution untuk masalah kita . buang masa betul celcom ni .

  13. Hai.. Boleh tolong tunjuk ajar macam mana saya nak renew sim card yg da expired.. Tempoh expired belum sebulan.. Sim saya tiada network da.. Toup tak boleh, calling pun boleh…
