If you’re a Shopee user in Malaysia and want to transfer your ShopeePay balance to your Maybank account, follow these 5 easy steps:
Step 1: Link ShopeePay with Maybank Account
- Open the Shopee app and tap ‘Me.’
- Select ‘ShopeePay,’ then tap ‘Top Up.’
- Choose ‘Maybank2u’ and click ‘Link Bank Account Now.’
- Log in to your Maybank2u account.
- Select the Maybank account you want to link.
- Set the duration of the linkage and your daily transaction limit (up to RM250).

- A confirmation page with withdrawal details will appear.
Step 5: Wait for Money to Arrive in Bank Account
- The money will take 1 – 3 working days to arrive in your Maybank account, depending on bank processing times.
- Check the status of your withdrawal by going to the ShopeePay withdrawal page and tapping ‘Withdrawal History.’
- When the status changes from ‘Processing’ to ‘Completed,’ it means the money has been transferred to your bank account.
- Verify the transfer by checking your bank statement or balance.
